All aspects of development within Wrightsville Beach Town limits must be granted 
authorization by the Planning and Inspections Department. Our staff is available to assist you with the permitting process and any questions you might have along the way.
Planning and Inspections enforces local building and zoning codes, the International building code, Minimum Housing standards, and the Coastal Area Management Act's Local Permit Program. Staff available for your assistance includes the Planning and Parks Department Director, Building Code Administrator, Development Code Administrator, and Administrative Assistant. Several members of our staff serve as local permit officers, and can assist you in your CAMA permitting needs.
