Property owners in Wrightsville Beach are eligible to purchase two passes for $25 each. Passes can be purchased at the Parking Office at 5 Live Oak Drive.
Applicants will need to show one of the following:
- A driver's license that matches the Town's property tax listing
- Another form of identification that identifies the individual as the property owner
- If a renter, a letter from the property owner giving permission to obtain that property's allocation of passes
If a property is a multi-family unit registered as a single property, the property is still eligible for only two passes.
Parking passes are valid in the following locations:
- Salisbury Lots
- Jack Parker Lot
- On-Street meters, except one-hour limited spaces
Parking passes are not valid in the following locations:
- North end of Wrightsville Beach (Shell Island)
- North Lumina Lot (beside Duneridge)
- Ocean View Lot
- Moore's Inlet Lot (beside Holiday Inn) south
- Wrightsville Beach Lot (across from Oceanic)
- Wynn Plaza Lot
- Short-Term Metered Spaces
Other Passes
To provide additional flexibility for residents and visitors beyond the two passes made available for each property, the Town of Wrightsville Beach offers other parking passes:
- Daily Pass - Available at the lot paystations for $12 per day
- Weekly Pass - Available at the parking office for $60 per week
- Commercial Pass - Available at the parking office for $290 per season
